Gynecocracy Films, LLC was formed in 2002 by its founder, Michelle Vernier. Ms. Vernier's passion for the film project entitled " The Non-Conformist " will not expire until there is a finished product in theatres and video stores. Ms. Vernier and her partner, bring an abundance of business and entrepreneurial skills to the Company. They also have in-depth knowledge and experience in film production. The Company is complemented by a support team of exemplary consultants and advisors. The Company's team includes an entertainment attorney, a corporate/securities attorney, two certified public accountants, and a publicist.

Gynecocracy Films, LLC is a privately held, start-up enterprise engaged in the production of the 35-mm, feature-length, motion picture entitled " The Non-Conformist ". The movie is based on the Michelle Vernier screenplay and is intended for domestic and foreign release and all other non-theatrical venues.

VISION STATEMENT
Gynecocracy Films, LLC's goal is to produce and obtain distribution for " The Non-Conformist ". And for the film to play to the widest audience possible. The Company's vision is to originate high quality, socially relevant entertainment product. We also aim to achieve domestic and foreign distribution deals, provide short-term return on capital and long term residual income to investors or any other financing sources.

Gynecocracy is defined in Webster's dictionary as, "the political supremacy of women".
